"Concept of development of four cultural tourism trails" in Pomorskie Region.
The Project was spread across Pomorskie Region and was realized by PART SA under contract for the Marshall’s Office of Pomorskie Region. The Gothic Castles Trail, the Lighthouses Trail, the Hydraulic Engineering Monuments Trail, and Amber Route are the new tourist attractions of the province. New ones, but emerging straight from the cultural identity of the region. Cultural trails are the new possibilities for active holidays in Pomorskie Region, during which a tourist will get to know unique amber traditions of the World Amber Capital and the Capital of Polish Amber Coast, find out an inventiveness of engineers who built water constructions on Żuławy and local rivers, will be delighted with the most beautiful views in the country that could be seen from the lighthouses and date back to the medieval times when the castles of The Teutonic Knights were the main cultural and financial centers in the region. The attractions on the trail can be found interactively and will meet an educative function that is not just directed towards to the youngest public. The Four Trails are four different stories to know.
As a result of these works, there were created, among others, concepts of attractions marketing, infrastructure, and events of individual trails, and also examples of a tourist packages offers. There were also created logotypes for the following trails: Amber Trail, Lighthouses Trail, and the Hydraulic Engineering Monuments trail. The Project’s realization resulted in making a website that gives information on attractions waiting for the tourists on the trail.
